Ethreon's own local crews do the work in each market we cover: securing, board-ups, lock changes, make-ready, cleanouts, grass cutting, winterization, inspections, and repairs. Work that the law requires a licensed trade for, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing in some states, and mold remediation, is done by licensed professionals on Ethreon's work order, to Ethreon's standard, with the same photo record.

Either. A landlord can order a single lock change or a one-time trash-out; a servicer can send the full preservation scope; a property manager can put exterior maintenance on a schedule. Each item on this page is a work order on its own.

Every order closes with dated before, during, and after photos and a completion report in the client's format: a servicer's inspection platform, an insurer's claim file, a property manager's work-order system, or a plain PDF for an owner.
