Local Field Execution
Ethreon LLC provides property preservation, commercial property maintenance, and facility services across Little Rock and Central Arkansas, Arkansas. We support residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties with documented quality control.
Little Rock and its Pulaski County suburbs blend older downtown and midtown housing with newer growth in communities like Conway, Benton, and Bryant at the urban fringe. Central Arkansas sits in an active tornado corridor and receives heavy spring rainfall, creating storm-damage and drainage concerns for properties across the metro.
Little Rock carries the highest preservation volume in Arkansas and the state's most active municipal code enforcement, across older midtown housing and newer suburban growth in Conway, Benton, and Bryant. Servicers need securing that satisfies the unsafe-structure code and grass cadence that stays ahead of nuisance citations; commercial owners need documented exterior maintenance through tornado and heavy-rain seasons.
Specialty trade-related needs such as roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pest control, painting, drywall, flooring, and fencing are performed by Ethreon crews or, where a license is required, by licensed professionals on Ethreon's work order, to Ethreon's standard.

Little Rock does not publish a vacant property registration program. Code Enforcement enforces the nuisance chapter — Sec. 20-2(a)(1) high grass and weeds, 20-2(a)(2) trash, rubbish, brush, dead trees, and building materials — and the unsafe-structure article, including Sec. 20-24 failure to board and secure and Sec. 20-30 failure to repair or demolish. Structures declared unsafe go to the City Board of Directors for condemnation and demolition at the owner's cost.
HUD and USDA publish the same state calendar; Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and VA use one national rate by lot size.

Little Rock Questions
Yes. Ethreon crews handle exterior maintenance, securing, debris removal, make-ready repairs, and inspection documentation for commercial and institutional property across Pulaski, Saline, and Faulkner counties, on a scheduled or per-order basis.
No registry is published. Little Rock enforces vacancy through its nuisance code (high grass and weeds, trash and debris) and its unsafe-structure code (failure to board and secure, failure to repair or demolish), with condemnation and demolition for structures declared unsafe.
HUD and USDA set the required winterization period for the state at October 1 through March 31. Ethreon schedules winterizations ahead of that window and documents each step — drain-down, antifreeze, water heater, and system tags — with dated photos.
HUD's grass cut schedule runs April 1 through October 31, twice per month, with an initial cut at $70 and re-cuts at $65 for a lot up to 10,000 square feet. Fannie Mae and USDA pay $125 and $80 for the same lot in every state. Local nuisance ordinances often require more frequent cutting than the investor schedule; the stricter rule controls.
